Battlefield Vietnam tutorial by [TKO]Twist
How to have all BFV versions at the same time
-----------------------------------------------

Step 1 - Save your Screenshots and Custom maps by taking them out of the Folder where BFV is located
The
normal Folder where BFV is installed is C:\Program Files\Battlefield
Vietnam or somewhere else if you changed it in the installation

Step 2 - Uninstall Battlefield from your PC

Step 3 - Make sure you've got all the patch files (Patch 1.2 and 1.21)

Step 4 - Reinstall Battlefield Vietnam

Step
5 - When done, copy your whole Battlefield Vietnam folder, everything
from C:\Program Files\Battlefield Vietnam and name it Battlefield
Vietnam_V1.0

Step 6 - Now start up Patch 1.2 and he will make your BFV go to v1.2

Step 7 - Copy the v1.2 folder and name it Battlefield Vietnam_V1.2

Step 8 - Do the same for Patch 1.21, you now have all patch files and now you can play both versions

Step 9 - Make shortcuts from every version and put them on your desktop

This Guide Was Made by [TKO]Twist and all credit goes to him for making it, if u want to ask me anything but doing this feel free to PM me on this site

lol my tutorial is way easier....atleast if u only want 1.2 and 1.21

1) install bfv on your computer
2) download patch 1.21
3) copy the entire battlefield vietnam folder and name it "whatever u want except battlefield vietnam"
4) install patch 1.21
5) play and have fun....u now have to start the game through the folders but u have both patches so dont complain Smile

yes, cause your copying everything

so if you have mods installed be careful, depending on what patchs they run on

Madness's Guide To Having All BFV Versions

Step 1- Move all of your Screenshots, Mods and Custom Maps out of Your BFV Folder.
(Your BFV Folder is located somewhere like this C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield Vietnam)

Step 2 - Uninstall (Not delete) Battlefield Vietnam from your PC (Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, Find Battlefield Vietnam click on Change or Remove)

Step 3 - Download patches 1.2 and 1.21

Step 4 - Reinstall Battlefield Vietnam

Step 5- When BFV Is Installed Copy (Don't Cut) Your Whole BFV Folder and
paste it on your desktop (please note that if you are using bfv redux then
you will not have BFV V 1.0)

Step 6- Rename that folder Battlefield Vietnam V1.0

Step 7 - Start up Patch 1.2

Step 8 - When Patched copy the v1.2 folder (same location as before)
and paste on desktop and rename it Battlefield Vietnam V1.2

Step 9- Repeat steps 7 and 8 but with your 1.21 Patch

Step 10- You know have all Versions installed

Step 11 - Make shortcuts from every version and paste them on your desktop (optional)

(pictures coming soon)
